Do you wirelessly feel the wireless impulse to use your phone whenever boredom or just silence is in present? This attachment to ones phone is obviously more common.
Why is this happening?
Your thoughts are attached to emotions, words, images, memories and anything that we think in the mind. These are all thoughts. The phone gives access to others at near speed of light every second to them. This habitual scanning and routine to escape boredom, which is a fear of silence. The phone has been an extension of all of ones activities and now the neurons have molded themselves in the direction of developing themselves according to the programming of the phone which has been catered to replace your own thinking and ability to do, including the spell check phenomena that is making us spell even worse or forget how certain words are spelled. These phantom phone effects are like the amputated arm that resides in the neural connections while physically not in presence. The phone is your phantom arm. when you miss it you may slap yourself or not be able to eat or do whatever until you get it.
To solve it is simple, Make it a habit to one day a week not use it, so that you can see yourself in this habit. The awareness of this habit is the solution in being able to use it with no attachment. Your memory and brain will thank you for it. Otherwise your attention span will suffer and one's ability to do. This is not a joke it is very serious. Take this is as one of the most important accomplishments you will ever make. All the issues you have with stagnation in life will cease. I promise you!
All the highest,
Mr. Everything
