Sitting on the couch Peter Griffin watches the debacle of Trump's presidency. A "Fake News" media outlet "Shhh News Network", reports at how great Cuba is doing with it's new Socialist government. That it is having an opening for presidential candidacy from anyone to anywhere in the world in order to establish it's open border policy in it's attempts to virtue signal America policy, showing that it is ahead of America in social progression.
Peter feeling ambitious, leaves America. On his way there he meets a young campaigning teenager Alejandra Octavio Curtis.
She is running a great campaign but she so far has only gotten little children involved, without knowing what to do. Her and Peter decide that they both have the intellect together of a full young adult!
Peter Griffin decides that he needs a more universal name to fit a world view image, one that can fit many different societies, so he assumes a new identity to become "Peteur Guava".
Alejandra Octavio Curtis convinces the kids that in order to help Peter win all the adults will be catapulted into the 21st century, so that we can make room for a society which unfortunately does not have space for the adults that are holding them back. The children under assumption that this is the best thing for the adults decide to force the election by storming all the political offices and yelling at adults. Stalking them wherever they go!
Peteur Guava becomes the new Dictator of Cuba, to which he does not like the term so, he makes everyone in the country call him Dictatour in a slang that he thinks will change his world image and make it sound hip.
He hears from the same news outlets that, Trump is rejecting immigrant children and that he is against open borders. He convinces the children by telling them that their future is being held back and that he is going to find a way to solve that.
After a Catapulting session with some adults that he sends flying into a steel art gallery located at a junk yard, which showcases anti-capitalism/industrialization - impale arts. He comes up with a brilliant idea. He decides to send, catapults to the border with the children, and shoot them over the wall to show the world and Trump that no matter what wall he builds Peter Guava will find an ingenious way to make sure the kids reach America.
